Being outside and in green spaces has been proven to have a positive impact on our physical and mental well-being.
I can offer therapy sessions in an outdoor setting that brings together the benefits of therapy with the benefits of being outside. Walking and talking outside can help us to explore our problems and process our thoughts in a different way. It can help us to get a different perspective on the difficulties we may be facing so that we can understand what is happening for us and explore our options.
Walk and talk therapy is not exercise, you do not have to be particularly physically fit to access this, we might just walk and sit. The therapeutic value comes from being outside and in nature.
Our initial appointments would be online or by telephone in order to get to know each other and begin to understand the issues we are working with.
